The Butchery

The Butchery was opened in 1993 and has been selling the highest quality produce to the public and to the catering trade ever since. We rear our own homebred beef including, British Blue, Hereford, Angus and Limousin which is hung for a minimum of three weeks and butchered with skill and care. Our butchers are traditionally trained and amass over 50 years of butchering experience between them.

If not reared on the farm our livestock does not travel far and our full traceability gives you confidence that we not only use the very highest quality produce but also endorse the highest standards of animal welfare. We do everything on site, butcher, smoke, cure and cook. Over the years we have won many awards, most recently for our homemade bacon, sausages and pies which sit along side our wide selection of the finest cheeses, cured meats, faggots and other delights.

Our skilled butchers and staff are there to provide the service you would expect from one of the top butchers shops in the Cotswolds.

We attend the Cirencester Farmers Market every second and fourth Saturday of the month, selling our own bred beef and a selection of local and or homemade produce.
